GRANT | 3 Year Old Sorrel & White Pony | 14 HH Grant is one of those young ponies that already has a pretty impressive little résumé—and the kind of personality that makes you enjoy having him around. We originally bought Grant out West early this spring, and he spent his summer at camp where he was ridden English and gained some great experience. He is easy to catch, stands nicely to be groomed and tacked, and has always been simple for us to use. We don’t lunge him or do a bunch of prep work—saddle him up, step on, and go ride. Under saddle, Grant has three nice gaits, carries himself well, and is willing to pop over a little jump. He is good minded, sensible, and has a nice willingness about everything you ask him to do. His 14 hand size makes him a great fit for a kid while still being plenty of pony for a smaller adult to enjoy. We don’t get many ponies through here, but I liked Grant from the day I bought him. He is handsome, personable, and has already had the kind of start and experiences that should give him a lot of options for the future. Keep him going English, make him into a fancy little all-around pony, trail ride him, or simply enjoy having a good-minded young horse to grow with. Grant has the looks, size, personality, and foundation to be a really fun one for years to come!
