Hanna is a 2023 dark buckskin grade mare standing at 14 hands tall. She has been in full time training with me since May 2026. She has just transitioned to a curb bridle from a snaffle. She has learned how to shift her weight back to lope off from a walk, she has good shoulder control and is responsive to your aids while maintaining a relaxed and forward frame of mind. She is very quiet, good natured, and great on the trails, she has been ridden out in open fields and on trails, and is not phased by deer or turkey. The cowboy that owned her before I purchased her had started her under saddle and was day working with her on a cattle farm. She is used to being hauled in noisy stock trailers, stands tied quietly, she has been roped off of and has held calves at the end of a rope for doctoring. I am not a roper, but I have ridden her through our cattle and done some sorting on her and she is fantastic. She has a solid foundation with three balanced gaits and would make a great, well rounded, safe and fun horse for someone to finish in the direction of their choice! Video available upon request.
