Checkers

14.3 hh

Checkers is a 7-year-old black and white Paint gelding standing 14.3 hh. Stout made, branded, and carrying plenty of color, this handsome gelding has the kind of build and ride the whole family can enjoy. Checkers has a nice neck rein, a good stop, and three comfortable gaits. His smooth lope deserves special mention—this boy enjoys loping along, and he makes it easy to enjoy the ride right along with him! He is easy to catch, stands well for grooming and tacking up, and rides consistently every time we saddle him. We have taken him around traffic, through open fields, into water, and bushwhacking through the woods, and he handled it all beautifully. With his handy size, stout build, and willing attitude, Checkers is a great gelding to saddle up for a family ride or a day exploring the trails. Plenty of chrome, a comfortable ride, and a horse you can look forward to catching!
